PLUS is the name the 23-year-old singer/songwriter Oliver Burghardt has chosen for his band that started as a bedroom project and has now become a 5-piece full time ensemble. It's the sum of these individuals and their contribution to Oliver's works, where each member adds a distinctive part to his songs. It's synthesizers and string quartets, kettledrums and trumpets, distorted chaos versus fragile acoustic songs. It's folk, it's blues, it's punk. No matter what happens it's personal and honest, leaving no room for empty phrases and worn out cliches.

On stage PLUS is either an energetic performance by one young man that draws the audience in and keeps them hanging on each word or an orchestrated live show where a whole cast of members converges and creates an ingenious experience.
